This comes to us from
My fellow fans, it is now the ten year anniversary of the Nickelodeon hit show “My life as a teenage robot”. Created by master of animation Rob Renzetti, often considered to be Nickelodeons 1st true fairy tale, & lasting 3 seasons, do you really think it got the climax it deserved? In fact, how many shows can you think of that failed to receive a proper end? If it could go on for a fourth season, how would we know? & is there anything we, the fans, can do? There are many things one can do as an active member of any fan base he/ she chooses.
This is one of them. About a month ago, me and a small team of animators & artists, some of which are veterans of “Double Rainboom”, began producing an online series on our new channel, New Toon City. The show we plan to start out with is called “Revised!”. This series, along with many others from us, will attempt to create a stable community that celebrates any moving object drawn by pencil. The concept behind “Revised!” is to take series we remember & see how they’d look from the perspective of other artists. That isn’t to say we’ll redesign every show we do, but it does mean seeing how other animators would handle shows. For example, a member of the crew is currently in production of a short based on “The Power Puff Girls” utilizing a style very similar to the original show with a few minor modifications. & another animator has plans on doing a Teen Titans short in the style of the ’93 Batman series.
Now as you may have guessed by now, I am in production of a pair of shorts called “The Blue Fairy” saga. The concept being we learn a little more about Jenny’s backstory, & find out that she might be more than just machine. What will this lead to? What will they discover? You’ll need to wait until the release before you find out.
But before we can get to that, the short needs to be made. & it can’t be done by one man… me. So I will be needing help with this, & below is a list of people I will need to get this done.
1. Voices: I’ve scoured all across the internet looking for possible voices for the short & came up empty handed. I can handle some, & I have an actor playing the part of Brad Carbunkle. But I still need a voice for Jenny, Tuck, & Norine Wakeman.
2. Artists: Namely, Back ground artists. I personally am finding it difficult to find references to the original back drops from the show. I’m hoping someone else does & would be willing to lend a hand.
3. Animators: This is the big one. But surprisingly, I may not need as many as you’d think. If I could get atleast 2, we’d be great. The characters have received a slight re-design, which may be ok for most. But if we could get someone who can create great turnaround sheets of the new look, we’d be grateful.
& that’s about all. Most of the art already done will be posted at New Toon City’s DA page, VCSstudies. I’ll send an update when the art has been posted there. But if you have the know-how & would like to contribute to this intruiging project, note me, VCubestudios, or send me an email at email@example.com.
I hope you all will consider this offer, & aid in the beginning of a new era of animation celebration. Not just for Mlaatr, but for many other great shows that failed to receive the attention they & their creators deserved.

fanbase so we could pretty much play anywhere,
people would show up and rock out.”

Well I'm actually a professional voice actor, so I'm rather interested. If I could get your Email I'd be happy to record and send a sample, when I get a chance.
If you could, that would be great. But I'm afraid we won't be able to pay you. But if you'd still like to do it I could send it via note.
Heh, I wasn't expecting to be paid. But I am still interested. Though I don't know when I can get a sample to you.
Interesting, but how about some links.
I'd like to do the voice of Jenny, but, how do u audition?
